Hi there,
This week we had to buy a spring for the roll up awning on the caravan. Which means this weekend we will have the job of replacing the broken one. When I say 'We' I mean I will fit it and Jacqui will give me support which is greatly appreciated.
We went up to see our Grandchildren last weekend. I love being a grandparent. Lots of cuddles, play with them, spoil them, have a great time.
While we were visiting the area we stopped at the old Jetty at Emu Park and saw the 'Singing Ship'. Years ago they used the jetty to transfer people over to South Keppel Island, but as you can see by the photos it spends more time out of the water. The 'Sing Ship" was built by a man called Kele, hense the park is called Kele Park. The singing ship is made up of pipes that make a sound when the wind blows through them, quite impressive.

TIP OF THE WEEK:
Mirrors
Days of old you only had mirrors on the drivers side of the car. Now we have mirrors everywhere. When you put mirrors on your car ready for towing, you should have them set up so as to see clearly each back corner of your caravan. I have the drivers mirror set up horizontal so I can see the traffic beside me. The passenger mirror I have vertical so I can see the fog line and the edge of the road.
Happy Travels, keep smiling, keep safe on our road.
Cheers
